Developing the Next Generation at CMS
One of July’s highlights for Ososim was working again on the CMS Academy Business of Law week, with our partners, Mind 3.
For us, it was once more an exhausting but really satisfying experience working with more than 80 highly energised, smart graduates and the superbly professional team from CMS, Mind3 and ACT. This innovative, demanding and forward thinking programme illustrates what a dynamic, future-facing firm CMS is and what a focus it has on recruiting the best possible graduates.
Customising one of our most popular leadership simulations, and creating challenging events around it, provided a wonderful opportunity for the graduates to learn about collaboration, negotiation, communication and agility.
