Congratulations to Ahlsell Group and Lead4x, who have been selected as finalists for the Swedish Learning Awards 2026 in the Transformation of the Year category.
As part of its Growth that Matters 2030 strategy, Ahlsell set ambitious goals for the future: strengthening customer and employee experience and accelerating sustainability while driving profitable growth.
Together with Lead4x, they challenged traditional leadership development and co-created Future Ready Leadership, connecting more than 800 leaders across countries, businesses and functions.
At Ososim, it was a pleasure to be a platform partner on this transformation programme, working with Leon Roos and his team at Trust4Leaders. The programme included our Agile Build simulation, which was translated into Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish.
Managers described the simulation sessions as ‘brilliant’, as they developed their change leadership skills in a fast and iterative simulation that rewards continuous engagement with stakeholders, a positive mindset, and a resilient approach.
